Mr. Steven Lee is Managing Director, Governance, Risk & Compliance at Global Client Consulting.  He has more than 25 years international audit and risk management experience including work with some of the largest US, European and Asian financial institutions in the United States and across the Asia-Pacific region (Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan).

Mr. Lee was formerly Firm Director at Deloitte leading delivery of Enterprise Risk Services at several major financial institution and large corporate clients in the Greater Washington area.  Prior to the move to the United States, he was Director with Deloitte’s and Ernst & Young Risk Services in Singapore. Prior to his move into consulting, Mr. Lee held senior risk management and audit positions at US and Asian banks

David Prater’s work experience has taken him quite literally around the globe, building a track record of achievement that spans both foreign and domestic as a business executive, management consultant, financial analyst/investigator, and educator. He is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, Society for Competitive Intelligence, Risk Management Association, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and other professional associations. He is a Professional Management Consultant, Certified Financial Investigator, and licensed investigator.   David also researched, wrote and edited over 35 major commercial intelligence reports, classified market surveys, and comprehensive industry analytical
reports for both Fortune 500 client companies and the American Trade Center (U. S. State Department-- Commercial Section) in Japan.
With over 35 years experience analyzing business transactions, developing and managing major industrial infrastructure projects, and uncovering complex financial irregularities, David has earned a reputation as a one of the premier due diligence managers working today. He has provided commercial consulting and analytical investigative services focused on competitive intelligence and financial investigations to legal, financial and corporate clients ranging from mid-sized domestic operations to major multi-national organizations.
